By Faith Primary Care was founded during the Covid health crisis. As a solo provider, our nurse practitioner started visiting patients in their homes when they couldn’t make it to a traditional walk-in clinic. We are only accepting new patients for our housecall practice only, We are no longer accepting clinic patients. Hours of operation is from 9 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Our Nurse Practitioner Angela Owens is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 + years of experience. She is committed to providing compassionate care to her patients. She believes that everyone should be afforded the same excellent level of medical care.
