By Faith Primary Care was founded during the Covid Health Crisis. As a solo provider, Our Nurse Practitioner began seeing patients in the comfort of their homes that were unable to get to a traditional walk-in clinic for medical care. Unfortunately, we are not accepting new patients with the Housecall due to being at maximum capacity. May 2024, we became a hybrid practice, affording us to begin seeing patients in a walk-in clinic setting. We are currently accepting new patients for the walk-in clinic.

Our Nurse Practitioner Angela Owens is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience. She is committed to providing compassionate care to her patients. She believes that everyone should be afforded the same excellent level of medical care available.
