By Faith Primary Care was founded during the Covid Health Crisis. As a solo provider, Our Nurse Practitioner began seeing patients in the comfort of their homes due to their inability to get to a traditional walk-in clinic for medical care. We are currently accepting new patients with the Housecall practice. As of May 2024, we became a hybrid practice, affording us to begin seeing patients in a walk-in clinic setting. We are currently accepting new patients for the walk-in clinic. Our office hours for clinic patients is Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 9am-4:30pm

Our Nurse Practitioner Angela Owens is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience. She is committed to providing compassionate care to her patients. She believes that everyone should be afforded the same excellent level of medical care.

We offer a wide range of medical services, including primary care, women's health, preventive care, well-exams, Medicare annual wellness visits, minor urgent care needs, Sport Physicals, telehealth and more. Our services are designed to meet the diverse health needs of patients age 16 and older.
